Terms and Conditions
Contract
Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a work produced from a digital image, photograph or original artwork provided by you and printed by us, or other products offered for sale by us.
Orders
We will confirm receipt of your order and price by email. We reserve the right to refuse to accept images that we consider unsuitable for printing either because of very poor quality or offensive or illegal content.
Cancellation
We can only accept cancellation of an order by telephone prior to commencement of printing.
Quality
We will endeavour to give you a quality finish but we cannot warrant the final outcome if the artwork you supply is of inferior quality for the print size required. Due to variations in monitor calibrations we will not be responsible for colour-matching to an unsupplied original and therefore will not accept returns for colour related issues.
Prices
All orders for products must be paid in full prior to printing and delivery. Please send a cheque or postal order for the agreed purchase price made payable to Replicolour. Prices are subject to change.
Copyright
By supplying us with images or artwork you warrant that you have the copyright of that image or the permission of the copyright owner to use the artwork. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any breach of copyright issues caused through printing an image supplied by the customer.
Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver your product within 7 days of cleared payment. The delivery company will require someone to accept and sign for the artwork and it is your responsibility to check the delivery before signing for it.
Returns
We will not accept returns without prior agreement and will only accept returns due to damaged products logged at receipt and informed to the carrier. We will refund or reprint defective products as soon as possible but will not be liable for any consequential loss.
